A little something for your honor student.

The U.S. Department of Education is buying twenty-seven Remington shotguns.  Among other specifications, the shotguns are to be equipped with combat sights.  Let's see these could be for:
a) teaching our children the finer points of home defense;
b) a special gift for that special graduate;
c) part of truancy reduction program that includes summary roadside executions;
d) a new home-school "voluntary compliance" initiative (a/k/a "No Child Left     
     Behind, the sequel"); or,
e) nahh! They wouldn't.  Would they?
